My wife and I have lived in the Southwell area for around 20 years. I now work part time for Notts School Improvement Service. Formerly held senior management positions in secondary schools in the East & West Midlands. Subsequently worked for Pearson Education/British Council/Government of Pakistan prior to handling employment disputes for the Association of Teachers & Lecturers.
Current voluntary activities embrace Victim Support and the Minster Guild of Stewards. Member of Southwell U3A & Independent Monitoring Board (Morton Hall; Immigration Removal Centre). Community passions include; equality issues; the contribution of young people; public transport.
