We are delighted to announce that after such a difficult 2020 and the disappointment of cancelling so many events and fundraising opportunities, that the Newark Dragon Boat Festival is back for 2021. Fundraising for Beaumond House Hospice Care & The Children’s Bereavement Centre. Everyone welcome – fun for all of the family! Edgelarks began their musical journey together living in a small caravan in the hills near Exmouth, Devon, UK. They followed in the footsteps of the ancient troubadour tradition, picking up tunes, songs and stories along the way. This free lunchtime concert will feature Hannah Cresswell (flute) & Constance Chow (piano). Refreshments will not be available. Admission to these lunchtime concerts is free, although contributions to a retiring collection will be invited. Proceeds will go towards the Minster’s organ scholarship.
