The club caters for all ages who wish to improve their technique and become more ‘efficient’ swimmers. Training sessions are aimed at skiII development and preparation for League galas, county qualification, triathlons etc., as well as general improvement and fitness.
- Morning Sessions: Monday 7.15 – 8.15am, Thursday 7.15 – 8.15am by arrangement with the club’s Head Coach
- Club Night: Tuesday 6.30pm-9.30pm, Wednesday 7pm-9pm, Sunday 4.30pm-6.30pm
- Water Polo: Sunday 5.30-6.30pm (Mini-Polo 7+)
