| Local poetry and prose performing group Voice Versa are putting on an informal evening in the Admiral Rodney Annexe, King Street, Southwell on Monday 27th September at 7.30p.m. The group consisting of professional speech coach Sue Evans, Gill Searle, Kay Parker and Janet Smith, are performing for several W.I. groups later in the year. The evening is an opportunity for local organisers of various groups to meet them, and get a flavour of what they do. All are welcome to the free event which will last around 45 minutes; particularly those pining after the end of the Southwell Poetry Festival. Refreshments are available from the Admiral Rodney.
