These are projects which will make improvements to the appearance and public facilities in the town. The projects will aim to make the most of opportunities for the development of businesses and shops and will ensure that residents and visitors have a clean and attractive town centre.

More bed and breakfast accommodation is needed in and around the Town

With the numerous events planned for this year we are finding that there is a shortage of Bed and Breakfast acommodation, particularly in Southwell itself. The Festivals in June will put a strain on the places available and we would like to keep as many visitors as possible in the town to patronise our shops, cafes and restaurants.

Do you have a spare room not being used?

Have your children now left home?

Would you like to earn a little more cash for holidays?

If the answer is 'Yes' to any of these questions, you could seriously consider setting up a Bed and Breakfast. it is easier than you think!
