The Southwell Tourism Partnership has representatives from the main tourist attractions in Town – the Minster, the Racecourse, the Workhouse and also from the District and Town Councils. The Partnership has two main aims. Firstly to help shops and businesses by making the town an attractive visitor and shopping destination by promoting the diverse range of attractions we have here. Secondly and equally important to promote and encourage a range of community events that enhance the quality of life for our residents. The Partnership has the opportunity to bid for funding specifically for Tourism activities – we would like to know your ideas on possible events and activities that could be considered for the future. Look out for information about the Tourism Partnership survey in the October edition of the Bramley.
