Originally from Norfolk I moved here 22 years ago after 15 years in London.

I am self-employed, having spent much of my working life in Local Government, latterly at senior levels with Nottinghamshire County Council and Ashfield District Council.

I have always been thankful for the wonderful quality of life in Southwell. But this has not just happened – it has been the result of hard work and vigilance on the part of Councillors and champions of the town. During my term I will support those things which keep our town special and oppose things that will not.
